Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not as comfortable as expected, but the service was exceptional. The location was convenient for my family visit, but the dining options were limited and overpriced.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent, very clean, and smelled great. The breakfast service was top-notch. The service provided by two wonderful employees was super friendly and accommodating, making my stay absolutely fantastic. The location, right in the middle of Silicon Valley, was perfect for my needs. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the breakfast service needed some improvement.
I couldn't believe how lucky I was to find this hotel, located right next to the mall's food court. The room was a gem, boasting a relaxing spa bath and surprising me with a lovely balcony. It was spacious, clean, and even had enough room for the grandmothers to sprawl out.
I was a bit let down by the room facing the lobby, but once moved to one of the newly remodeled rooms with hardwood floors, the stay became comfortable. The service was incredibly friendly and professional, from the bartender in the small bar area to Tina To at breakfast. The location, while not near public transport, offered plenty of dining and shopping options. The dining experience, although basic, lacked gluten-free options and consistency. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing good value for the price.
